A former employee of Con Edison was allegedly using company computers to pimp out underage girls, PIX 11 News has learned.

Royce Corley is expected to be in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday after the NYPD earlier this year pulled the plug on the former Con-Ed employee's alleged prostitution enterprise. Con Edison confirmed that Corley is a former employee of the utility.

Police arrested five women during a two-day undercover prostitution bust Monday and Tuesday.

The arrests stem from an investigation into prostitution over the websites cityvibe.com and backpage.com.

Arrested were:

Cahokia man sentenced on child prostitution charges

A Cahokia man will serve more than five years in prison for enticing an underage girl to commit prostitution.

Richard Anderson, 23, was sentenced to five years and five months in prison Tuesday by United States District Judge E. Richard Webber. Anderson pleaded guilty in September to one felony count of enticement to engage in prostitution.

According to court documents, in June 2012, the St. Louis County Police Department's Special Investigations Unit conducted an undercover prostitution sting operation.

Two women were charged with prostitution on Thanksgiving after Myrtle Beach Police say they nabbed them in a sting operation stemming from a website advertisement.

 The incident began on Wednesday night when police contacted one of the women who was advertising in a publication called Backpage.com in a section called “Myrtle Beach Escorts,” police said in a report.

A suburban Detroit man has been charged with murder in the 2011 slayings of four women found in car trunks.

The Macomb County prosecutor's office announced Monday that 24-year-old James Brown of Sterling Heights is charged with four counts of murder and other charges in the deaths.

The prosecutor's office says he's due in court Monday morning in Sterling Heights.

A Rochester man out on bail for allegedly robbing and raping three women he met through an online escort service in October 2011 was arraigned Thursday morning on more robbery charges.

Michael Chess, 25, who has been staying between two residences in Rochester, has been charged with first-degree attempted robbery, first-degree robbery and fourth-degree grand larceny, all felonies in Rochester City Court.
